What’s in a Mojito?
Rock Garden Fresh mint
simple syrup one part sugar one part water, simmer until dissolved
Lime wedges: Fresh squeezed is preferred over bottled lime juice!
White rum: Clear white rum is best! Make sure to choose a good quality rum.
Sparkling water: Is added at the end to top off our glass.
Ice
Preparation
Cut up your lime, place 4 lime wedges in a glass.
Toss about 10 leaves of fresh Rock Garden Mint.
Muddle.
Add double shot of rum
Single shot of simple syrup
Add ice and top it off with sparkling water
